1. Handmade Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Every flower stem, potted bouquet, keychain, and decorative keepsake is shaped by hand in small artisan batches by Himanshi Sharma. Because each piece is handmade:

• Subtle, charming variations in petal curve, fluffiness, and wire twisting are a natural mark of authenticity.
• Colours may appear slightly softer or brighter depending on your device's screen calibration.
• All dimensions listed are approximate (typically within ±0.5 to 1.5 cm).

2. Pricing & Offers

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or discontinue promotions at any time. If you apply a valid promotional coupon (such as WELCOME10), the discount will reflect dynamically before you proceed to payment.

3. Payment Terms

We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for serviceable Indian postal codes.

For prepaid orders, production and dispatch begin immediately upon payment confirmation. For COD orders, a customer verification check may be conducted via WhatsApp or phone before shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery Across India

• Dispatch Window: Standard catalog pieces are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Transit Duration: Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your Indian state and courier reach.
• Free Delivery Threshold: Orders totaling ₹499 or more qualify for FREE pan-India delivery. A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders under ₹499.
• Gift-Ready Packaging: All orders are dispatched in reinforced crush-proof corrugated boxes to prevent delicate wire petals from bending during transit.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your order prior to dispatch by accessing your "My Orders" tab on our website or by messaging Raycrafting on WhatsApp at +91 9041915832 with your Order ID. Once an order has been handed to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled in transit.

6. Returns & Defective Piece Guarantee

Because pipe-cleaner floral creations are delicate handmade items, general change-of-mind returns are not accepted once delivered. However, we stand 100% behind our craft:

• If your piece arrives broken, damaged, or defective due to transit, you may submit a return or replacement request within 3 days of delivery.
• To ensure fair verification, please share a quick unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damaged piece and parcel label via WhatsApp or email at raywithcharm@gmail.com.
• Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a fresh replacement free of charge or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Custom & Bespoke Orders

For personalized custom orders requested through our Custom Gift form, Raycrafting will evaluate your reference picture or description and provide a custom price quote. Custom pieces are non-refundable once approved and created, except in the unlikely event of transit damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms and all orders placed through Raycrafting shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
